Truly nonstick.
I bought this pan for a letting cottage I have and was so delighted with it I bought another one (8 ins) for myself. I use it on an AGA but the cottage is electric and it cooks well on both surfaces. The pan is nice and heavy and well balanced and I love the wooden handle, its elegantly attached to the pan and quite sensual to hold! I Wish I had come across these pans years ago.

Not very heavy (but not light either). Well designed.
From the image expected the pan to be heavier, but is average weight and it is ok.The handle is super easy to assemble and very well designed.I really liked the fact that there are no bolts inside the pan (more hygienic and easier to clean).

BEST
Granite non stick is bestest. Substantial yet lightweight design, handle is very comfortable. Comes with the handle detached so half the packaging, and a very useful compact Phillips No.2 screwdriver for the job. Marvellous.

A much needed replacement
I had my old omelette pan for around 15 years, faithfully keeping it for omelettes and scrambled eggs so as not to risk damaging the surface, but even the best non-stick coating will wear out eventually. This has sides perhaps a little deeper than I'm used to but that's just my experience. This does the job nicely and the wooden handle makes it look more expensive than it is.
