Yes but couldn’t make it work . It was cheap and our quality so returned it the next day

Will this play an audio book mp3 cd?

The Oakcastle CD200 is Compatible with disc types: CD/CD-R/CD-RW/CD-MP3. So if you have the audiobook audio on a CD, then it should work fine.

If you use this to listen to audio books on cd, can it remember where you got to in the book?

Sorry, no idea. I dumped mine after a couple of weeks trying to get it to even play a cd.

Can i use this with headphones?

Yes you can use this with wired headphones plugged in the CD200 but you can't use Bluetooth headphones.
