Most weight gainer powders are overly thick, overly sweet or leave you bloated and feeling nasty for hours. I've used ISO-Mass since the days GNC used to stock it, and quite honestly there's not another gainer that can come anywhere close. I used to, on two shakes a day, be able to pack on 10-15 pounds in a month on this stuff. I've never had that kind of luck with other gainers. This one is a thinner consistency, mixes easily and goes down easily. Yes, it is expensive, but when you look at the breadth of ingredients in it, you'll understand why. Not only is the protein blend amazing, but it has several types creatine, NO precursors, beta alanine, omega 3s, vitamins and other goodies. It's supposed to be an all-in-one formula. This is the first tub I've purchased in about three years because I thought it was no longer being made. But it must have just been that GNC stopped carrying it. Either way, I'm happy to have found it.

Best post workout and mass gainer out there! Love the formula with time release protein, time release carbs, fish oil fats, and creatine and so much other good stuff! A little expensive, but its quality is the best. About thirty minutes after my workout i take it and then thirty minutes after taking it my muscles feel relaxed and like i could do another full workout even though i know i just destroyed them earlier and that feeling lasts for hours. Only side effect ive noticed is that i have to drink so much water with it and then have to constantly go to the bathroom to pee, haha, no big deal though. Anyway, this stuff has definately helped me increase strenght on all my lifts, especially cuz i stack it with MP Assault. I feel like i wake up ripped every morning after. Only gainer/post workout recovery supplement i would recommend.

I bulk n take isomass for 2 or 3 months on n usually always gain 20lbs easily everyone and stays with you for months after stopping

This Mass gainer is the best, at least from my experiences. ISO Mass Xtreme Chocolate is my favorite flavor, as it mixes well with a spoon and 2% milk and tastes EXACTLY like Carnation instant breakfast but is so much better in every regard. I have had the Vanilla Ice cream and it never mixed well for me. Luckily I only had to force down 1 ten pound tub of the Vanilla before I tried the CHOCOLATE. Maybe that is why chocolate is always the most expensive flavor when I look at the choices - its the best, people like it, and it drives the price up! Actually, why are there different prices for the same product when its just the flavor is different?Just getting back into a physical fitness routine, I knew I had to get a protein/mass gainer if I wanted to see better results. ISO Mass has everything that I want in a pwo drink. It even has creatine in it (which I believe they changed from kre alkalyn since I last tried this product)(edit: it has kre-alkalyn in it).As far as results, ISO Mass gives me a little mental edge when I go to workout. I am pleased with the effort I give, the strength gains, and shortened recovery time. I am stronger because I take this - my max, reps, and endurance have all increased - and will continue to increase if I put in the work when taking ISO Mass. Its food that goes right to my muscles. I can feel it.I even think about drinking my post workout shake during my reps - it helps me give max effort knowing I will be fueling back up soon afterwards.Just buy all the other flavors except the chocolate, and maybe the price might go down!Edit: This does not mix that great with a spoon as I use it more. I don't care though as each little chocolate clump is like a little piece of muscle building candy. Also gained 1.5 pounds in 4 days. Working out on my new Stamina X power tower. Noticed GOOD results in the mirror too.Edit2: Although I love ISOmass I will not buy it on Amazon until the price goes way down to around $65.00.

This is a great product. When I started this product I weighed 142lbs. As of tonight 12April2019 I weighed in at 153lbs. I am currently waiting for a heart transplant and needing to bulk up and put on muscle. This product is helping me to do that of course exercise is needed with this. I am a person who doesn't like products that have a funky after taste and this one has little to no after taste to it.

The taste tester who green light chocolate flavor needs to be let go. For the amount of money I paid for this thing it needs to taste somewhat like chocolate, I use to buy this product at GMC a long time ago. It was perfect but now It's just absolutely, disgusting! DO NOT BUY THE CHOCOLATE! THIS IS YOUR WARNING!

If used correctly, you will put on the weight along with a proper diet. I separate the serving size into 2 different shakes because it is too much at one time for me... I ordered multiple times back when it was $60...Great product but I wouldn't pay $110 for it.

You get alot but honestly would say $70+ for what... decided to use Gainly subscription for around 50 for custom choice protein made for you sent to you but its all up to you in the end
