LamySafari Fountain Pen Pastel Mint Limited Edition (Fine Nib)

I got the Lamy Safari fountain pen in Mint Glaze in a beautiful packaging along with the Lamy brochure.The delivery was super speedy and much much earlier than the estimated date.The writing experience of the Fine nib is just like a standard Lamy nib; not super smooth like Japanese Fine nibs, but definitely not scratchy!Overall, the pen is very pretty and I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves fountain pen. Since mine came in a nice box, it can be a good pen to gift someone, who’s into stationeries!

I love lamy I love the color ❤️

The pen box showed up inside another larger box with a second item in the order. The pen box seemed intact but there was no seal. It was fine (literally)! Once I realized the nib was tucked inside the cap, I was happy. I have a second one in a different color but I foresee this one will become my favorite.

Overall I love this pen! It's nice quality for such a low price, but the built-in grooves just don't work well for how I hold a pen - I'm left handed, so have to grip a little differently to avoid smudging the ink.Also, please note that this pen requires a converter if you want to use bottled ink. Otherwise, it comes with a single cartridge of blue ink.

I love the color of this pen, but the Safari are my only fountain pen that always work. They write so smoothly and are fun to use. Love this pen!

Perfecto cómodo

Writing experience is relatively smooth, but at times the ink flow is disrupted and doesn't come out well. However, I didn't experience it after the second ink cartridge. The pen is made of plastic and lacks a grippier portion, so it is quite slippery to hold and I have to adjust my grip multiple times when writing.Package came crushed, but pen was fine, so it would not be really giftable.
