Is this the same as the Manuka Honey Cream by Wild Naturals?  The ingredients list looks to be the same.

Is this cream good for oily, acne sensitive skin?

I'd tread lightly here, but I think this could help your skin in a few different ways...Firstly, lots of people with acneic problems have damaged the outer layer of the skin. The pH of this cream as well as the amino acids and other nutrients can stabilize the surface of your skin. This alone can help your acne. I would also procure a pH balanced, non-detergent facial cleanser (bar or otherwise.)

When you first start a regimen like this, be prepared for all of your pores to start releasing the material that has been trapped beneath the skin. This is temporary and should start to resolve in approximately 1 month. A mild toner with salicylic acid might also be helpful. Salicylic acid helps remove debris from the pores.

To get you through until your issue starts to subside; I suggest using a product like Jane Iredale's  "Amazing Base". I'm an aesthetician and I've seen young people with severe acne after an extraction appointment use this and it, in my estimation, had remarkable coverage. It is cost prohibitive for some folks. It currently costs about $46.00 but is superior to other mineral foundations out there. It does last a very long time as well.

I hope this advice will help and inform you. You should also drink plenty of water, don't play with your face (e.g., pick, squeeze, etc.) and try to eat unprocessed foods.

P.S.- Watch your hair products, too. They can cause acneic skin issues.

Can this be used inside the nostril to prevent mucus buildup for cpap wearers?

I don't see why not, I use it inside my nostrils when they are dry or if I am flying. It helps prevents me getting sick on planes as it creates a protective barrier. I never get sinus or throat problems from flying anymore and I always did before.
