Best cheese grater hands down! I have had mine for almost 6 yrs and now just needed to replace it. Comes apart and I clean mine in the top rack of my dishwasher! No more bloody knuckles from cleaning the square ones!!!! So worth the money!

It's a versatile utensil because it folds, and because you can take it apart. It's less cumbersome than a flat grater (although you can use it as one), and much easier to clean than a box grater. The rubber feet also work well, and it's easy to store, folded. It's a good product.
