The customer support is amazing!
Update: I had an issue with my monitor, but customer support was extremely helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. Unfortunately, the monitor never started working again, but the company was kind enough to send me a replacement at no extra cost, which I truly appreciate. The screen quality is excellent, and the monitor itself is lightweight and easy to use.

The perfect portable monitor
Amazing monitor. When you use it on USB C without external power the brightness turns down but is still perfectly fine. When you connect a power supply it is as bright as the best full size monitor. The resolution is really good, the build quality is as well and the possibility to connect a VESA stand makes it whole. I will get a second one when I get back because the size is perfect for a carry on bag.

منتج جيد لكن HDR فيه مشكله
شاشه جيده بس في مشكله يوم اشغل HDR تفصل الشاشه كل شوي لون اسود وترد تشتغل اكثر من مره بعدها تقفل HDR بروحها بدون HDR الالوان باهته للامانه لكن بشكل عام جيده انصح الي يبا شاشه ياخذ الثابته اقوى مواصفات بسعر ارخص وشكراً

لانها لا تعمل بلا سلك و اذا اشغلتها بلا سلك تشتغل و تنطفئ ولا تستقر
