FOUND A GOOD USE.
Was impressed with other reviews and especially one that said, she bit the end of the capsulr and squeezed out a little to spead on a problem spot,I had a problem sore above the lip 6 months of different treatments did not work.1 week of doing that healed it up.So worth it for that alone.
