Ive purchased motors that cost more and are at higher rating, they perform about the same. This motor gives you more thrust enabling you to increase altitude faster or recover from a flip. It can help with cornering as well since the motors are very responsive. One thing to keep in mind is that your flight time will be reduced. My times reduced by 35-40 seconds which is no big deal to me. I usually get 4 minutes with 14k motors but the speed is a boring 4 minutes. HV batteries may help increase it but if you are satified with a bit shorter flight times then hv might not be required. Ive purchased several products from Crazypony and not one has given me any problems! Definitely getting more parts from them when i need it! If you're a hobbyist, there are some NE555 circuits you might find online to provide a PWM (pulse width modulated) output to the motor. There are some Arduino boards that might work as well (which might be easier to build and program). **Q: Will these work on the Furibee f36?** A: Yes but you have to solder 1.25mm JST Plug female plugs on the flight controller or cut and solder the wires. Other then that they work fine **Q: Do these motors work with the e011 board?** A: They do work with the board but will not fit the motor mounts of the e011 frame. They do fit the frame of the e010c because that's what I did. I put the e011 board with these Crazepony 6x15 motors onto an e010c frame (because the motors are soldered to the board) that I had as a spare. I think the motors for the e011 are 7x16.
