Q: Will the balloons still float? The description states not to use helium. Thoughts, advice?

Due to the size and density of these foil balloons, they do NOT float (even with helium). They are designed as wall decor and come with a straw for air inflation (by mouth).

Q: In the baby balloon set, do the b's kinda look like a c or g until you blow it up with the straw?

Yes! The "B" in the BABY letter balloons can appear to look like another letter (C, G or U if sideways) until they are gently blown up with air. This is the nature of mylar/foil balloons. Once you inflate the balloons, the ends expand and connect to form its final shape (B). I hope this helps!
