Precision 608 RS ABEC 11 Bearings for Scooters,Longboards and Skateboards (Pack of 10 PCS) (Black)

The bearing arrived in unmarked generic packaging with Chinese writing all over it. Eyeballing them and hand spinning they seemed a little less than what I expected as were a bit chattery and didn't not spin well. Though I would test them out snd give them a shot anyway and put them in my son’s scooter. Removed his old abec-5 bearings and inserted these abec-11 ones and immediately you could hear the chatter. His scooter went from a pleasing dialed tone to what sounded like broken metal pieced being tossed out over the freeway. The bearings themselves you cannot tell are any better or spin longer than his original abec-5 bearings and with every kick, jump, and hop his scooter sounds like it is breaking. These are clearly not well made to spec and I would not recommend as how do they say... you get what you pay for. Bearings are supposed to be tight and well spinning. These are mis-shaped pebbles tossed in bearing casings and definitely not packed tight. I now have to go to the skate shop to get new quality bearings.

I installed these bearings on my longboard and so far so good. I used it to replace my ABEC 7 on my new budget board and immediately felt the difference. The bearings comes in the plastic container shown in the pictures. I would say this is a good upgrade if you’re on a budget.

I would only use these indoors. If it even gets a spec of water, it will lock up. I know the price is low and so were my expectations. These might be great for 3d printing projects but certainly not scooters or skateboards.

I bought these for my skateboard and some of the shields came off after only a couple weeks of light use. They also spin like a slug now. I'm sticking to Bone's Reds from now on.

Bearings were used for fidget spinners. Gave this 4 stars because 1 of the 10 in the package didn't spin very well even after cleaning and lubricating. I did order another set.
