Secondly I tried to use it for USD and it jams a lot, issues with the new bill recognition as well, so you have to go over and over again just to count those final bills. Disappointed… Returned back through desertcart Customer Care and getting my refund soon. Don’t waste your time and money. Just buy something bit more expensive and well known brand.

The machine works flawlessly, accurately counting mixed denominations with ease. What impressed me even more was the exceptional customer service. I reached out to them to request an update so the counter could include Suriname’s currency (SRD). They were incredibly polite, quick to respond, and the update process was straightforward and seamless. My machine now counts SRD effortlessly! To top it off, I was able to share the update with my friend so he could also enhance his machine. This money counter has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile money counter! We are most happy with it's ability to automatically detect different currencies and handle mixed denominations with ease.
