Do they work with gtx 1080 and apple displays

Actually I use this now with a Razer eGPU, gtx1080 and a 24" Apple Display (non thunderbolt) Works fine

I want to connect apple 30" cinema display to fullsize displayport on geforce card but the apple converter has mini displayport. will this work?

I am currently using 2 of these to hook apple monitors to a nvidia card which has full size DisplayPorts. So yes.

Did not work for my Apple Cinema Display, think it is a daisy chaining issue. My Lenovo OneLink Pro dock pushed two normal DVI monitors. Any advice?

It will not work with Apple Thunderbolt Display. MiniDisplayPort and Thunderbolt have the same physical form factor but the Thunderbolt Display is more than just a display since it uses the thunderbolt port to connect via PCIe a video card, USB ports and Ethernet card. Therefore when you connect the thunderbolt cable attached to the back of the Display, you're not connecting to the actual screen input port but to a board that has a video card that connects to the screen.
