I had a stiff/crunchy shoulder and some knee issues due to exercise. I decided to give Collagen a try to see if that would help cartilage synthesis in my joints for a bit for releif. This product had the best collagen profile per price on Amazon so I gave the 20 sticks a try. I only got 6 sticks in before I had to call it quits. It tastes so bad that I couldn't even force myself to power through. The first three days I mixed it on cold water (more than 12 oz) and it didn't disovle completely. It left an odd residue on the glass surface at the bottom and there were some stringy bits that looked like egg protein (it may have very well been egg protein based on the profile) floating in the water which I found odd seeing as it was a powdee when added in. The next 3 days I tried it in a warm beverage. I'm not a coffee drinker and I had some leftover soup stock which I generally drink clean on cold days. At least it disolved in the heated stock but the taste was abysmal. I hate leaving negative reviews on anything but this was really terrible.

Absolutely wanted to become a customer for life, but sadly that’s not the case. I had purchased it for help with teeth demineralization (The collagen and eggshell membrane are supposed to be extremely healing for this and so I was excited to find them BOTH in one supplement.) But when I first opened it I was hit with a strange almost chemical smell and taking this makes my kidneys hurt (perhaps too much protein at once) and makes my heart race. I tried cutting the dose but still had the same results, unfortunately. Possibly I got a bad batch - I’ll just put that out there in case it’s a one off but my results were disappointing.

I love this product and have been buying it for over a year. I like the individual packets. I put them in my lunch box and take them to work with me to put in my morning coffee which I have around 10am. I notice if stiffness in my joins if I don't have it every other day or so. I also noticed a difference in my nails within a week or two. Fewer ridges, breaks, and pealing. I have recommended this product to family and friends.

I decided to try this brand based on research on the Internet. I usually use Vital Proteins but this brand receives great reviews and so far I cannot complain. It contains all collagens and it has no taste. It mixes very well in my protein shakes which is a key point for me. I will continue to use and have no complaints.

I purchased this on recommendation from my grown daughter when she visited us a few months ago. We travel a lot and these packets are so convenient and easy to use. Much better than having the Collagen in a bag. Highly recommend if one travels or needs to carry during the work day to add to your preferred drink. There's no taste and mixes instantly!
