What is the translucent pocket/panel for on the back below the collar?

Just the front of the pocket so if you put in a name tag. You will only see the name tag. The inside of the jacket is all lined with fleece.

Is the whole jacket inside fleece lined ?

There's a thin fleece lining...Extremely warm jacket!

Does it have arm pit ventilation?

no .its primarly to keep you dry.fabric is beatable.this jacket comes in three different thicknesses.

I’m 6’ 0”. 209 lbs. can anyone please advise on size? i’m thinking a l large?

This ran too small for me. I’m 6’2” and 240 lbs and XXL was a bit snug. I would order an XL for yourself. It seems like a real nice coat.
