Bought as a gift, has some unique recipes in it I hadn't heard of before

book came a little bit dirty with slight damages on the edging .for me its okgood book full of useful inforecommended

I first bought this for my Kindle,,, I now know I don't like this type of book (recipe) on Kindle so I ordered the paperback. I love it! So full of great information, and much better to thumb through with a paperback than it is on Kindle. So much information I ordered their book on Fermenting Vegetables (in paperback). I have learned things I really need to know and expect to learn a lot more. If you are interested in fermentation this is a GREAT book to have.

Bought as a gift for my sister. We both like chillies and are both keen on making fermented foods. This does both.I flicked through it before I wrapped it; liked what I saw so ordered another one for myself.It has some great recipes in.

Very informative, well written book. If your interested in expanding your Knowledge of the Vegetable Fermentation world then this book is for U. Loads of tantalizing recipes to re educate your palate on stimulating food preserves. Discovered this book while making my fall hot sauces. So many recipes to try. Thanks to Mike the "Chili Pepper Madness" dude. without him I would have never discovered this fascinating hobby. Cheers to all the Chili Heads out there.
