My daughter is about to be 3. Is this toy more for infants or would it be good for her age?

Hi there, It all depends on your daughter's interests. The phone is recommended for 2 years and up. She will probably enjoy the lights and realistic sounds when she pretends calling her besties with the phone. She can also do "just like mommy" to lock/unlock her very own imaginary car! Does this play music or just beeps and boops? I am desperately searching for a phone that makes phone noises and doesn't sing at you or count to ten.

Hi. The Light & Sound Phone beeps when you press the numbers, and once you press the send button to make your call, you will hear a dial tone wrong number just like a real phone! There is also a button that makes the phone ring and an answer button. We of course haven't forgotten the music and you have the option of 5 electronic songs to play.
