How complex is this Mobile Suit? Do I need to have more experience to make it than most other gundams?

It's far more complex than your normal HG style Gundam kits. It's about the same complexity as an MG kit. I wouldn't say it requires much experience, though. The only real problems you might run into are with tiny parts like the hands and skirts. I found that they were a little difficult to piece together, and fell apart without glue.But it's really a great kit, and turns out very lovely. The decals are a little tough to put on; I recommend tweezers.

Does the kit come with the 2013 GUNPLA X GUNDAM.INFO NEW YEAR Campaign card

I got an RG Exia on my local store and it came with that Gundam.Info book. The saleslady even asked me if what year 2013 or 2014. In Amazon I do not know.

Is there a way to RG expansion parts to make this into the Perfect Strike Gundam?

They made a P-Bandai addon set to make the RG Aile Strike into the Perfect Strike.
