VONN VMC31620AL Atria 20" LED Chandelier, Adjustable Suspension Fixture, Modern Square Chandelier Lighting in Silver

So will start this by saying I am a big fan of Vonn lights - they look great and I have purchased multiple products from them and am overall happy with the lights - however, this particular light I was sent seems to be defective in that the locking pins used to adjust the cable height do not lock, so it is basically impossible for me to install it. Unfortunately I purchased this a few months ago and just now am getting around to installing it, so I don’t think I’ll be able to return it. Nothing in the instructions I can see to remedy this and I did not have this issue with other Vonn lights with similar suspension cable design. Not trying to dissuade from these lights because they are cool, but if you order it, would recommend testing the locking pins right away so you avoid the mess that I am now in. May also be preferable to buy directly from manufacture (if that’s even possible?). Have reached out to seller, will update review if they are able to get it sorted out. Until then, basically it is an expensive paperweight =( I spoke with someone at Vonn and apparently a lot of the Vonn lights sold on Amazon are returns / refurbished through wholesalers. Would recommend not purchasing through Amazon and buying directly from the Vonn website if you want to assure you get a quality product. Update: I was in contact with Vonn about my problem several months after my purchase (outside return window) and they were great. They stand behind their products and sent me a brand new replacement light that I received several days later. Super impressed by how responsive their customer service was. Light now is installed and looks great. Will buy from Vonn again in the future.

The VONN VMC31620AL is a fantastic light. We were worried about ordering from an online company, sight unseen, but we had a really great experience this time for sure. We purchased the light via Amazon Prime, and it arrived nicely packaged and with detailed instructions. Please read the instructions first. It took a little time to untangle and smooth out the cables but then adjusting them to get the height just right was a total breeze. This light previously replaced an expensive fixture we bought at the local Chandelier Specialty Lighting Store (Lightsyles – Orlando, FL). It said it was dimmable, but I wanted to make sure, so I emailed the tech support folks here at Vonn, and Barry Rubin was extremely helpful and letting me know which dimmers were not only compatible, but also recommended. He explained the detailed reasons ranging from features to cost and informed me that the VONN unit uses an Integrated LED system which requires silicon-based dimmer switches. In the end I used a Lutron Skylark S-600P, based upon his recommendation. For the record, the switch/light combo work great, no humming noises or light flicker etc, just smooth variable light. It was a great purchase for us, and we will be buying more products from them in the future. Thanks.

The instructions and ease of installation were actually VERY good. This surprised me, as I had thought the task of levelling and making them look good would be something that would try my patience - but it hasn’t *(yet!). As I have only just installed the chandeliers, I am letting the down-wires stretch out as they were slightly kinked from the shipping packing, before doing the final levelling out. Not that there is anything I can do about it, but the colour temperature seems to be much ‘cooler’ than advertised; more like 4000+K, but certainly not 3000K, although I have not measured the colour temperature with a light meter. This is most obvious in the pictures attached, where the VONN Chandelier light is compared to the under-counter standard halogen quartz lights (which are definitely 3000K). Upon contacting VONN, they confirmed that there is no way to change the colour temperature in these particular fixtures, and further stated that they are committed to their specification that the colour temperature is 3000k, WHICH IN FACT AND IN REALITY IT IS NOT (just see my pictures to confirm this). The main concern/issue I have is that two of the three ballasts do make quite a buzz, one more than the other and the third ballast doesn’t make any buzzing (other than when being dimmed). To be clear, one fixture makes no buzz, except when dimming and the other two make a buzzing sound even when at full power. I have reached out to VONN lighting directly to get some assistance and clarification on the LED power supplies and they have stated that their power supplies need "ELV" dimmers, which my home automation system Control4 does not manufacture or currently supply. Overall, I would rate these fixtures a 5 stars, but for the inaccurate colour temperature listing and the buzzing from two of the three power supplies.

If you want contemporary but minimalist flair, this fixture is spot-on. It enhances your space without clashing or overpowering. Also no issue with giving off heat since it is LED. If you have a large enough space, 2 or 3 in a row look amazing. Looks expensive, but isn't. It is exactly what i had been searching for.

The light is great. It provides plenty of light. The cables are long. Expect to roll up plenty of the cables to store in the housing if hanging from standard 8 foot ceilings. Do not cut the cables, as 2 of them are providing power. I had enough room to roll them up, leaving the light hanging down 18 inches.

Just perfect and beautiful. We did not have any issues installing ourselves but you have to pay attention to the wires.

wow what a great light and design, it fit in my bedroom like a champ. and dimming to about 20% no issue like in oder LED lights i have been use

These are a little tricky to install, but absolutely beautiful.
