Just purchased this, now this may seem silly to ask. Does this suppose to roll on as a liquid? I applied this several times only to see that it's dry.

It is supposed to be liquid. I've had the same issue before..but roll that ball around with your finger while holding the bottle upside down. If that doesn't work, contact the manufacturer. I love this product because it's the only that works.

Can this be used on hands?

I have never used it on my hands, but I work a night shift, just watching a patient sleep, so I read every review in this product. I do remember reading that some have used it on their hands, so give it a try. It is sold at Target for about $5.

Can I use it with my face...?

I have to use it on my calf because I wear a brace there and it makes me sweat alot. Use it where you need it or ask a Doctor.
