Does what it says - for aftermarket android units
I followed the product write up and installed the app before ordering to ensure my head unit was compatible. Ordered, plugged it in and hey presto wireless Apple CarPlay! Could not be more happy with the device. Have used on 2 x 1 hour journeys and it doesn’t drop the connection like other devices that are half the price. Well worth the extra little bit of money.From what I can see in the reviews, those that post a 1 star are trying to use on original headunits

Does not work on mazda cx30
After looking at multiple devices went with this one but sadly it just does not work with my mazda cx30. Please don't see the negative star on the device. My mazda has a mind of its with my phone and android auto. It just does not want to recognise this dongle. Which it does to my phone as well, even if its working fine at the beginning of journey. Shame I was really hoping this device would solve this but not to be.
