Good Pickles
Ordered this to try out the Sophie thing. I have had Assamese bamboo shoots pickle before, so was keen to try the bamboo pickle too. Both are nice. Spicy and hot which was a bit surprising but I suppose the pickle recipe itself is from mainland India and not from NE. I have a friend from Jainitia Hills and they don't have pickles. Overall good pickle.

Lacks freshness
The Sohphie pickle tastes stale. Had it been a fresh batch, the pickle would have been enjoyable.

expensive
chilli pickle....expected bit spicy but its not however, taste is good compare to other pickle so thats the plus point.bambooshoot.... good but more oil...less bamboo....one star less because...... i find it very very expensive compare to similar kind of pickle available.
