Couple Things...
While this keyboard is great, the colors are amazing. It does NOT go up high enough on it's back end feet. It is very much almost laying all the way down still and it's almost sad. I am used to that extra leverage of keyboard feet to go an inch higher than where it is currently standing at for me. Second, as a typer who does 110 -120 WPM it does a loud DING DING DING sound when you type, rather annoying. I read a review on this before and was hoping that wouldn't happen to me.AS for gaming abilities this is perfect, I can highlight specific keys, make it do cool effects for when I am live and people are seeing my handcam and people seem to enjoy it. It feels nice on your fingers and it slides down easily with each push. No sticky keys or anything getting stuck. So overall I would rate this 3/5 stars because it wasn't to expectation but it is an okay keyboard and I am still satisfied.

Cyberpower RMA / Customer Support UNRESPONSIVE — 5/25/21 UPDATE! Avoid Cyberpower!
UPDATE- Customer service finally contacted me and said I need a customer number before they can help. They sent me a link to register, and I proceeded to fill it out. At the bottom, it asked for a 12 digit serial number. Well, guess what? Their keyboards don’t have serial numbers. After explaining via email that I didn’t buy a full computer system from them (thank God) and only bought a keyboard, they told me that there is nothing they can do.Wait, nothing?! Why have a so-called warranty on a product if there is nothing they can do?!For all the people that spent way more than $60 with this company, I truly feel sorry for you - especially if something breaks. What a sorry excuse for a company.—I purchased this keyboard in January, and the Amazon return period ran out because I was still building my system (waiting on a GPU like everyone else!).Anyhow, when I finally was able to put everything together, I plugged this in and noticed that about 8 of the keys were not lighting up like the other ones. After further testing, I noticed that certain shades of green and blue did not appear on those keys. Also, they flashed in the reactive modes, when only the keys you touch are supposed to turn on.I contacted Cyberpower's customer service and RMA email addresses twice from March-April, and they still have not responded.Paying $70 for a keyboard with faulty RGB LED's is ridiculous. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. What good is a warranty if a company doesn't respond? Also, the reviews about the loud pinging on this keyboard are correct. It makes a loud high-pitched PING noise when keys are hit.

Great gaming keybaord, while it lasts...
If you're looking for a solid gaming keyboard, at the less outrageously expensive end of the price spectrum, the CyberpowerPC Skorpion K2 is a great choice. The key switches are Cyberpower's own proprietary design, as opposed to Cherry switches, but this likely contributes to the lower cost. The red switches in the unit we bought are comparable to those in keyboards with red Cherry switches. It's setup on my wife's gaming PC, which she uses for WoW raiding, and she insists it has helped her healing, compared to the generic membrane keyboard she was using previously. The RGB covers the full keyboard, and is individual to each key. Cyberpower includes software on CD (also downloadable from their site) to customize the RGB settings. They can also be changed via hot-key settings on the keyboard itself. The keyboard deck is an attractive black anodized aluminum, with a ABS plastic base. A key-cap puller is included, and stores under the keyboard, which makes cleaning the keyboard nice and easy. The switches themselves are not "hot-swappable" and are soldered to the main circuit board in the keyboard.A notable weakness of this keyboard is an almost complete lack of resilience against liquid damage. The design of the keyboard deck and switches are such that any liquid spilled on the keyboard has an immediate path into the interior of the keyboard and the circuit board within. Since it is nearly impossible to non-destructively separate the switches from the deck, or the circuit board, making it nearly impossible to effectively clean food or drink spills. Any spill onto the keyboard is likely to be immediately fatal. This is notably in contrast to cheap membrane keyboards. They are, by comparison, terrible to type and game on, but their design channels liquids into a nether-region under the key-caps, but effectively isolated from the electronics within. If your kids, or anyone clumsy, are going to use it, consider yourself warned.

E key already going bad in 3 months
E key is unreliable and now the R key is starting to have issues.Feel really stupid having to write a review on this issue because it works like 95% of the time. However on a 3 month old $70 gaming keyboard it should be working 100%.I even paid $5 extra for an Asurion warranty that appears to be useless. Amazon told me to contact Asurion, Asurion told me to contact Cyberpower, and Cyberpower never answers the phone.Real classy support.Worst part is this is my only keyboard so if I have to return it to get a replacement I am going to be without a keyboard?

Inconsistent company tech replies resulted in a purchase that was followed by an immediate return.
My problem with this gamer keyboard was not with the keyboard itself but with the company techs. I work on Mac Pro -desktop to do video editing, etc. Prior to my purchase I contacted to their company tech to find out it it would work with my Mac Pro. The reply was simply, Yes. Then after I purchased it and couldn't get the special features (which was my reason for the purchase) to work I contacted their company techs and this time they clearly stated that the special features would not work on my Mac Pro. So, very disappointed and somewhat angry with their tech who said it would work, I returned the keyboard the day after it was delivered! I have no doubt that this is a great keyboard that PC gamers will undoubtedly enjoy, but despite their first tech's incompetent recommendation, it just isn't a Mac thing and while the keyboard words, all of the special features for which they charge a special price, do not work on a Mac.
