As the description states, it is Winston and Janine from the first movie. There is a slightly more expensive Ghostbusters II Ecto-1A set also, which has all four Ghostbusters (no Janine though), in their darker outfits and accessories from that movie, as well as updated top of the car and additional decals for it to match the movie's updates. I haven't seen a set for the newer "Answer the Call" female-cast movie, but they do have additional sets for The REAL Ghostbusters, the old cartoon show from the 80's, as well.
