Great overall purchase.
Love this product over all. Wheels great on all flooring and over different transitions. Bottom square piece does its job. The tube, U shaped things themselves are actually good quality. The connection of the loops to the bottom is terrible. Makes moving the thing a nightmare, over time the hangers no longer are held in a semi decent order. Needs some work, but still happy to have it...

This hanger organizer is great, I use it all the time. I have a lot of hangers the we use. It's great that it's on rollers to move around easily.

Concept is great
We use these in our Thrift Store and they work great for what we need them for. We do need to be strategic with how we stack the different size hangers in order for them to fit well, alternating small & large sizes. The biggest issue is that the bolts come loose and they have to be retightened. Lock tight does help, but it would be nice if they could improve the design.

Doesn’t work for all hangers
I have 4 types of hangers, and this product only fits 1 of the 4. I’m sharing 2 pics…. The first pic is of the 3 types of hangers that I own that don’t fit in this organizer. The second pic is of the item with the hangers that do fit. Edit: They have really good customer service.

Nice but not worth the price
I was so excited for this item to come in. After only a few short days two of the arms broke off. I still like the item but I wouldn’t pay that much for one again.

Missing item in box
HI. This arrived missing the tool i needed to put it together. It was pictured on the instructions as one of the items that should be within the box but it is definitely not included.
