It installed in a snap. It looks great, and seems like good quality.

I should have taken a picture. I used this to put new, wider, riser bars on an old 90's MTB my son is using to commute at school. The old quill stem had been bent at some point over the last 30 years, and it made it a bit awkward to ride. I also bought a new stem with less reach and a better angle, it's much more comfortable now. I might buy another one for an old 27" roadbike that has terrible old steel drop bars, but that's for another day.

Looks good but I agree with the other guy who said it spins even when tightened. It’s slightly undersized compared to a known good 21.1mm stem, calipers to 20.9, and while it might seem small that 0.2 makes the difference. Especially when considering the loose tolerances on the old bikes this fits.

Looks tacky and doesn't work. Just spins,tried every way and any real pressure and it turns.
