Italian espresso is a highlight of my trips to Europe so I was excited to get this stylish Italian machine to replace a different brand that I had had for twenty years. The reviews were good so I took a chance. I used it a few times and was happy with the results, but a couple of weeks ago, after pulling the expresso shot, I pressed the lever for steam walked away for a minute and BOOM the back blew up. I'm writing the company at Lacey Washington has been brilliant in helping me return the damaged machine and even sent me a new one before the old one arrived to them. I appreciate a company that backs their products.
