Can i mix this into my coffee or will the heat damage the vitamins?

I'd recommend finding an unflavored version, unless you like whatever flavor in your coffee. Don't listen to what others say about this, you know what flavors you like. For example, "Maxwell House International Cafe Instant Coffee, Orange Café" isn't being sold because nobody likes a citrus flavor in their coffee. I know I would not care for that, but that does not mean others can't enjoy it.

If sweetened, I'd recommend a non sugar based alternative that you find pleasant.  Stevia, for example, is a great sugar alternative for many people, but some people are 'hyper sensitive' in that they find it excessively sweet, where my wife is the opposite and needs more than the normal recommended portion or mix ration. Again, you'll know which works for you i.e. perhaps Xylitol-or you'll find out!

I use an unflavored liquid Fulvic/trace mineral supplement and add it to my coffee. My wife doesn't care for the "minerally" taste of this, but added to her Tea it's not discernible when added to coffee or tea (she takes hers with some local organic Honey).

Question 2

I keep mine in the fridge, bottle says consume w/in 30 days of opening. Does the nutritional value go down after that time period?

As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons once a day.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening to preserve taste. Avoid direct sunlight.

Our Multivitamins and Multiminerals are good for up to 2 years from their production date (located on the bottom of the bottle) if they are unopened. An opened Multivitamin or Multimineral is good for six months in the refrigerator.

Some customers have forgotten to refrigerate their Multi's after they have opened them. We have done testing on the multivitamins and the multiminerals and they are good for 7 days out of  the refrigerator.  We like to err on the side of safety and say 5 days!
