CAP Barbell Doorway Situp Bar, Black

Fits right under the door don't over tighten as you will cause it to angle and it will also be a door stop, don't ask how I figured that one out 🫠.

Just want i needed for my house workouts.

I’m really impressed with this little sit-up bar. It installs quickly under a door and holds firmly in place, so I can do sit-ups and core exercises without needing someone to hold my feet. The steel construction feels sturdy and secure, and the foam padding on the bar is comfortable on my feet. It’s also compact. You set it and forget it which makes it perfect for anyone working out at home or in a small space. I like that I can set it up in seconds and get a quick ab workout whenever I want. For the price, this is a great piece of equipment that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for an affordable way to make sit-ups easier and more effective at home, I definitely recommend it.
