Why u give it a 3 star is becaue the brush heads are cheap the hair keep falling out the machine very light it's ok but the brush heads are very poor quality.

Bristles everywhere!
Bristles were everywhere after first cleanse! Everywhere. All over clients face, eye lids, neck… washed the brush after using it…NOW bristles are matted. The machine looks nice, but this brush isn't made to last more than single use. Sadly, wouldn't purchase this again.
