Has a significant amount of lumbar support and the headrest is at the perfect height for me (5'7"). The headrest will definitely be too low for someone 6' or over. Had to replace my old chair because it was getting so ghetto! It was old and with many people who sat on it, eventually the bond leather was getting all 'crackly' and peeling off exposing the cushion.The adjusting knob is a bit tight to loosen. Being that it not real leather the only thing I do not like is that the arm rest padding can be easily nicked if you are not careful avoiding open desk drawers. What I did was put a makeshift bumper padding.
