Not new
Can't work out how to report that the item is not new, it has clearly been opened before and presumably returned. Not really happy paying the new price for something that obviously isn't. Some people might think this is a strange attitude, but I don't know if there is anything missing as I don't know what should be there. Actual product seems OK though.

Stylish, Spacious, and Surprisingly Durable!
The Wrangler Smart Spinner Hard side Luggage exceeded my expectations! It looks sleek and stylish, but what really impressed me is how much space it has inside. The spinner wheels glide smoothly and make navigating through the airport incredibly easy, even when the suitcase is fully packed. The hard-shell design feels sturdy and gives me confidence that my belongings are protected while traveling, I also love how easy it is to maneuver in tight spaces and busy airports. The size is great, the interior is well-designed, and everything feels thoughtfully made. For the quality, convenience, and overall value, this suitcase is a fantastic choice. It has quickly become one of my favorite travel essentials, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable luggage.

3 in 1 feature doesn't work together
It has enough space, one thing is not okay, If I use it as a cup holder I can't use it as a phone holder, but I can use the charger hardly, and if the cup for cold drinks like starbucks it doesn't fit to the end, but it can hold, all in all it's not bad, the quality is good but there is no lock on it. The instruction paper is nice addition, the length of the retractable handle can be adjusted
