CyberPower - CP1500PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS System, 1500VA/900W, 10 Outlets, AVR, Mini-Tower

I've read a lot of positive reviews about this product, but unfortunately haven't got the pleasure to use it to know for sure. The first time I plugged it in it turned the wiring fault red indicator on. I thought it simply because of the power difference in my country than the US, and it should simply be solved by connecting a voltage converter, which I also did, but without luck as well. I've been working with electricians for a month now, with no sign of success. I can't replace it because it would cost the same just to send it back, and the replacement period is probably over now. So I gotta heavily take my expensive bad luck :(
