Can I use it on baby younger than 2 and do we have to wash them with soap

Picaridin is safe for use on kids as young as six months of age. You do not need to wash them with soap.

Has anyone flow with this in the cabin luggage. does tsa allow to take this with you? i am going to need this while waiting in a transit airport.

I write this from the customs line in Morocco, where I and my brother have just flown from the United States, each with one of the small sawyer bottles in our bags. We took them in the cabin, no trouble at all. Just keep below the liquid limit and you're all set.

How long is the bottle and the packets good for?

I've never used packets, and the bottle I currently use doesn't have any date on it. I bought this as part of a 2 pack last year, still works great.
