Are there any animal products in O'Keeff's and is it tested on animals

On the ingredients it mentions beeswax. For extreme vegan friends I know even beeswax is considered an animal by product.

Does it sting or hurt when applied?

I had some pretty deep open cracks on my fingers and it stung for a few minutes or so but it wore off and it got to the point where the next times I applied O'keeffes, it did not sting at all. My guess is O'keeffes was cleaning the cracks before it was going to heal.
