I have been using the same pack of poor quality knives for years now. They blades are damaged and not very sharp at all. I decided that I wanted to buy some quality knifes for a change. These knifes arrived in excellent condition with perfect sharp edges. They arrived in a nice box with foam inserts and gaurds for the point of the knife.The knifes are very well weighted and are extremely comfortable to use. The knifes also look excellent as they have a matte black finish with a small logo. I use the box to store the knifes and I also hand-wash them as this keeps them safe.The knifes perform excellently, I am now able to cut with much more precision meaning that I can make thinner slices and smaller fries. They are also much safer as I don't have to use as much force to cut through.

Very easy to hold, handle is a bit on the heavy side which leads us to expect that these are sharp, and yes they are. Ihad a small cut in my pinky thinking less of its sharpness. Good for meats and fish, can easily cut a cassava with enough force or weight applied on the knives. I enjoyed using these opening up watermelons and pineapples.

The set of knives come in nicely packed box. These are very sharp however I find them too big for my little hands. It is probably my fault as I must have not read description and was expecting a much smaller blades. If I find a bit smaller size I will buy again as I am overall satisfied with the purchase.

Knives were beautifully presented in a box - would make a lovely present for a keen cook or a professional chef. Love the tip guard. I hang mine on a magnetic strip on the wall in my kitchen. Wouldn't want them loose in a drawer - very very sharp.

Was looking to purchase a set of professional sturdy kitchen knives that would stand apart from my regular pairing knives. These were a great find for Amazon as the reviews for most knifeware listed here are shocking.Both are perfect for chopping larger vegetables and cutting meat joints - but would proceed with caution when chopping smaller foods as they are very sharp. Would recommend.
