Awesome for walking around in
I'm not a drywaller or anything like that, I just wanted to get good at stilt walking because I like circus-type stuff, and these are a great pair of starter stilts. My one complaint is that it was difficult to find the right tools to tighten the bolts and screws. It would really help if the instructions listed the sizes of sockets you'd need to tighten all of the components. The instructions aren't great to begin with, but I guess you get what you pay for!

The stilts are very stable from 24" to 34" but beyond that you better have lots of confidence. The feet are very stable and seem like they will hold up very well over time. The springs are stiff but do allow a similar feeling to walking to be had. The foot straps are great and will not slip. The calf straps need great improvement; this is the only point of caution. I had these slip on me twice while walking unassisted and I had to go into a wide stance in order not to fall. I would highly recommend the buyer to purchase some short tie down straps with springs (similar to the feet) in order to be safe. I would highly recommend the manufacturer to change the clasp style on the legs to what is on the feet. Not having a spring assisted clasp on the calf is dangerous.Overall: I would buy these stilts all day long. They are inexpensive and get the job done for someone who doesn't use them every day. Purchased for my basement finishing project (mudding and taping).
