Q: Does this stand work with the rode nt2-a?

Sorry, I'm not sure how it works with particular models, but in general, I would not recommend this stand. Despite being made by Rode, it is not strong enough to hold up a Rode mic unless you get it perfectly positioned. I was quite disappointed.

Q: does the video mic pro fit on the tripod w out any adapters as well? looking at reviews one said it didn't and just wanted to clarify. thanks

No this does NOT fit the PRO, but it will fit the videomic GO. I had the videomic GO and this tripod fit fine with it. Then I returned my videomic GO to get the PRO and the thread is too small on the tripod. I'm now trying to find an adapter.

As long as it includes the adapter.

It fits the attachment but it is way too heavy for this stand.
