Source Naturals MBP Osteo with Calcium, Advanced Bone Density Support*, 90 Tablets

On the label, Source Naturals gives the source of latest research showing that "Milk Basic Protein" (MBP) helps form new bone within 6 months. MBP Osteo also has the proper range of components that to help form new bone - e.g., Vitamin K, best form of magnesium, other minerals like zinc, and not too much calcium (also in the right form which is important. Please don't take calcium carbonate! It's basically white chalk and not absorbable). Most medical people don't realize that taking too much calcium can cause mineral leaching FROM the bones. Also don't rely on the Vitamin D in this supplement. Vit D is "fat soluble" therefore it needs to come in a fat source (like olive oil) which means a "gel capsule". When it comes pressed in a white powder supplement such as this, it's neutralized. So take a gel cap of Vitamin D in addition to this one.
