I’m on bottle number three and I intentionally waited to write a review till I could make an honest assessment of the results. It’s hard to explain and for each person the results will be different. But I definitely notice a clearer head. If I get tired a quick 10 minute refresh does the trick and I seem to be getting deeper sleep.
