Definitely spicy!
This honey/hot sauce is spicy. If you like a a hint of peach honey with a kick this is it. A little goes a long way. Excellent on yogurt or toast.

Honey is solidified
The honey is solidified in the bottle - see pics. Amazon states that the product is not eligible for a return. I have emailed Red Clay twice requesting a replacement bottle, but I have not received a response. I've purchased salt from this company before, but I won't be purchasing anything else based on this experience. Update: The company finally responded and sent another bottle of honey, but it was also crystalized.

Far more flavorful than other brands! Our GO TO Hot Honey!
We *Highly* Recommend Red Clay Hot Honey! We found it to be far more flavorful than other brands, yet spicy! Other brands are just over-the-top hot - without flavor. This is our GO TO Hot Honey we discovered when visiting Charleston!

Taste good but crystallized at halfway through the bottle.

Not my fave
It’s a bit funky. My preference now is straight up hot honey. Tastes are subjective so I’m sure there’s lots of folks who love this product. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just not my fave. Sent a bottle to family also and they love it.

You'll Want To Put It On EVERYTHING!
I tried some yesterday when it arrived. It is DELICIOUS! Not so hot that you're reaching for MILK, but a nice, warm heat, sweet but not overly so, and then the peach hits and you're thinking of buttermilk biscuits! My kid had it on fried chicken and I know she's going to want her own bottle. NOTE: I NORMALLY DONT CARE FOR HONEY. That's how AWESOME this stuff is. I bought it for my husband, but I think he'll need his own bottle, too! A drizzle and you'll be hooked!

Really good
So I wanted to start this by saying I thought I was ordering there hot sauce. That. Being said, it was a happy mistake. It is so good drizzling it on a breakfast sandwich with eggs or even and English muffin with cottage cheese. It was good quality, not crystallized like problems others have had. Very delicious
