Is it an all natural product?

It is all natural- very high quality! We make it even better by spraying a little hydrogen peroxide on the toothbrush before adding the powder.

Safe for sensitive teeth?

I don't have extremely sensitive teeth, but they are sensitive, and I have no problem with this ecodent. I love how my teeth feel really shiny when I use it. I do not use it daily, however, jut once a week. I use Tom's cavity protection- in combination with this.

Has anyone used their regular care powder (I use the cinnamon)? Is there a noticable difference between the tarter control and the standard cinnamon?

I have used both. The regular care powder seems milder. I think I am reacting to the chemical in the tartar control product that is supposed to soften the tartar so you can brush it away. The regular care powder seems to clean my mouth better, at least it feels that way.
