Very good, almost using on a daily bases.

Happy about the purchase, new and working condition would have been even better if it included charger

I’ve only used this for two nights, and I’m already impressed by how well it works — it really leaves your mouth feeling clean. However, there are two things that bother me. First, the water tank is small — I have to refill it at least three times to get through one flossing session. Second, even after emptying the tank, there always seems to be some water left inside the device overnight. I’m concerned about hygiene and potential mold over time. I wish there was a way to fully drain it and let it dry completely. Great performance, but the design could use a few tweaks.

It’s exactly as described , my teeth feels so fresh and clean after using it , delivery was very fast i even received it 1 week earlier than the expected delivery date , i only wish if i don’t need to refill so many times to finish my whole teeth, i guess the other waterpick with cords would be more convenience if u have space for it

Packaging was fine but upon unpacking and trying to charge the item it does not charge. I tried different charger from my previous waterpik, I tried different sockets. Nothing worked so I'm unable to use it and the seller is not accepting my refund request.

I am a long-time Waterpik Waterflosser user. This is the third or fourth cordless unit I have purchased, and prior to that I had a plug-in unit. My most recent cordless Waterpik Waterflosser survived so long I don’t even remember when I purchased it. I am a huge fan of Waterflossers because they are incredible at removing plaque, and daily use effectively replaces daily flossing with conventional string floss. My dental hygienist is thrilled I use my Waterflosser daily. Prior to using one, my teeth were prone to cavities, especially in between teeth. I will be contacting the seller for a resolution to this issue. It was working well up to that point.

I bought this very expensive waterpik in the UK and it no longer works, it apparently charges but it doesn't turn on, there is no circuit map to repair it. Very disappointed with the waterpik.

Really impressed on the performance on the machine. Strong and effective. Better than I thought when I was purchasing. Seems a great brand.
