I have two of these. Work great not just for the kitchen use, but also cut well cabinet liners, any plastic wrap, etc. good quality, thoughtful design. Lefty friendly :) have two different surfaces , one in each blade and a space to pull through herbs. Used it daily. Recommend this product!

The reason why I buy this is because my current one is not sharp enough. And true enough according to those earlier reviews, its indeed very sharp. Not forgetting the ergonomic grip too. Happy with it...cheers!

Great quality - lovely colour, easy to use and clean
I've had these on my watch-list for a while. I have a few items from Joseph Joseph and just needed to replace a pair of kitchen/household scissors so I put these in my shopping basket. These are expensive but they are worth it. I love the little whole for shredding herbs such as Thyme, it really works! I love the fact that the blades are detachable so that they can come apart for easy cleaning either by hand or in the dishwasher. My husband is left handed and can use these easily and also the finger grips are a generous size and comfortable to use. I love the colour - a lively splash of colour in the drawer so I always know what to reach for. Very sturdy, good quality and very happy with them.
