Great Value! A challenge to put together.
First of all let me say this is an outstanding value! The quality is top notch. However, the instructions to put it together were difficult to follow and the Instruction sheet was blurred. I did use the video in the amazon product description. This was somewhat helpful and I paused the video at each step. If the manufacturer would number the pieces it would be a 5 star! After trial and error several times, I got the drill out and made my own holes to finish it. I just couldnāt get the holes on the 2 cubby boxes to line up and was tired of messing with it. For the finished product, Rudy LOVES it. He lays on the cat tower instead of my furniture, so itās a win win!

Seller was amazing!
While attempting to put this together, one of the pieces, the round scratching post, malfunctioned. The top screw fell apart so I couldn't put the rest of it together. I contacted the seller and requested a replacement part; just the scratching post. They e mailed me back right away and a few days later, I received a brand new set. I wasn't expecting the entire item to be replaced. I now have 2 items for the price of one, minus one scratching post. I only wish the directions were a bit clearer but I was able to figure it out. Please have patience when putting this together; you'll need itš

Easy to Assemble?
Well, not quite. It arrived with the bolts packet torn open and a piece missing. As it turned out I was able to put it together without that missing bolt but.....I did not find the assembly easy at all. As with many of these types of products, the instructions were pictures rather than words and the pictures, at least to me, were not all that clear. And some of the assembly was very awkward to do as you had to line up a large piece whilst holding a bolt through the hole on another. For one person, this was something of a bear to accomplish. To be fair, everything lined up perfectly so no issues there. The problem was in deciphering the instructions. I finally did figure it out and I have to say that it's a very sturdy and attractive piece that doesn't take up tons of space. One reason I chose this cat tree is that my cat has suffered a back injury so cannot jump much anymore. She tends to pull herself up using her front legs. This multi-tier tree has platforms that are easy for her to reach and the platforms are large enough and low enough that she was actually able to jump or climb up to all levels and sit on each comfortably. I was truly pleased to see this.I would recommend the tree, in spite of the construction issues I had because I think it is a good product. The cat may or may not agree since she explored it once and hasn't been back since. But then, that's a cat for you. *sigh*

Good luck assembling with minimal instructions/diagrams!
WARNING! Do not have a glass of wine while attempting to put this together! Pieces are not labeled, and directions are just a few pictures. Itās up to you to differentiate which pieces are B and which pieces are D, as well as which piece is A and which piece is C. After about 60 minutes of struggling to figure out the pieces, I started assembling it. Cats became frustrated that I was not going as quickly as they wanted me to and started laying on the pieces and knocking over hardware that I had sorted. After a full 90 minutes attempting to build the tower, I believe it turned out pretty well. Cats are happy and now my bottle of wine is empty.

Nice Cat Tree, assembling issues
This cat tree was in theory, perfect for my new to the family, Cat.He has back leg problems and doesnāt enjoy climbing very high up, so having a cat tree that only went as high as a dinning table was ideal.I also wanted a tree that had nice resting spots and a claw scratching post. Thankfully he likes the options for such activities on this tree and is overall happy to have his own tree.Unfortunately the problem my significant other and I had was in the assembling of building the tree. The top portion with the scratch post and bed arenāt actually screwed down like they are supposed to. I tried every possible way, it came down to the fact that the cubby that the bed is meant to be screwed down to, itās hole for the screw was off set. Making it impossible to assemble properly without a drill to recreate a hole in the right spot.Over all itās still safe and sturdy. It was just very confusing and frustrating to navigate. Some of the pieces didnāt have the sticker indicators on them to match the instructions and the video and instructions for this item donāt seem to always work parallel to one another.Itās a great tree for the price and over all Iām happy. But if you get frustrated when assembling furniture, I donāt recommend this for you š
