It will fit a 750ml of Scotch or a bottle of wine and it will look good doing either! The plastic stopper is something I prefer, after chipping some glass on glass stoppers in the past. Nothing like tossing a fresh pour because of glass shards! I bought this as a set with a couple other Bormioli decanters, nothing but nice remarks about them. I love them because aerating Whiskey or Wine is a good practice. It brings out a whole new taste and smoothness. All the while adding a sense of style to your bar.
