Good product for me to tryout. So far so good, no side effect, I like it very much. May need longer time only can comment further.

I started my daughter on this supplement due to severe anemia. Her hemoglobin was 6.9, a blood transfusion was recommend. I begged the NP if we could work hard with a high iron diet and try some supplements. I found AS just searching for absorbable iron supplements. I had bought some calves liver at the grocery store but she wouldn’t eat it. So I was looking for some liver supplements and found AS she started on the liver and tolerated them easily. She has significant IBS and other digestive issues. I started reading about the other AS supplements and realized the spleen had the most heme iron so I purchased this and added it to the liver. She had been taking 2 Capsules of the liver for 6 weeks 2 capsules of the spleen for 4 weeks. Her initial hemoglobin was 6.9 and after only 4 weeks on the spleen 6 weeks on the liver her hgb is 9.6. Clinically speaking she looks like a different person she has energy, her gums and palms of her hands are pink. Her hair is thicker and not falling out!! I can’t say enough about this product and the company! Trust me you won’t be sorry I don’t think you can even put a price tag on good health. I would much rather spend money on natural whole food that actually is effective instead of prescriptions for iron that kills your stomach and has all types Of horrible side effects. Being a RN myself I see the side effects of medications. It’s best to try and prevent having to take synthetics and manage your health with good nutrition. I started on the beef liver myself and my mood is improved, I can stay up later, and sleep deeper. I am eager to add more of these products. Totally recommend this quality product and the company is THE BEST. Brian actually cares about his customers so thankful for people like him, hard to find this day and age!

I rarely write reviews unless I am very impressed and have actually taken time to use the item. I stumbled on Ancestral Supplements on a biohacking group someone recommended to me because I have been dealing with health issues since 2015ish even though I don't eat anything processed and eat organic and free range as much as I am able to. I have done several PRIVATE (because I learned that the tests run by the NHS were not comprehensive enough eg the thyroid panel only tests Tsh and T3) tests, worked with Nutritional therapists, so called health coaches, Naturopaths and none of them really could help. My issues: chronic debilitating fatigue, hairloss, eczema, brain fog which made me literally feel like dying everyday, food sensitivities, thyroid cysts and Uterine Fibriods etc. I found these supplements and went with my gut! I had ordered so many supplements over the years and some did nothing! I had naturally become wary but I am so glad that I gave these a go. I am not rich and I know that these supplements are not the cheapest although they work out "cheap" for me because they actually work! There's nothing as painful as buying supplements or anything at all and not getting results. I learned from suffering to prioritise good supplements and food. I placed my first order from the Ancestral Supplements US store last year and I have also ordered from Ergomax and recently ordered from Amazon UK. My results : my eyes have literally opened! I am not sure that there's a better way to explain this. My head used to feel "heavy" and my eyes always felt like they were shutting or heavy eyelids. I really thought that this was the way it was always going to be for me until I tried the Beef Thyroid!!! My Acupuncturist said "your face is brighter". I knew it wasn't in my head but it was so good to hear feedback! The horrible sluggishness I used to feel is gone!! My skin is brighter too and my nails are strong and no longer "see through". The hair loss is GREATLY reduced! I think I only occasionally shed now just after my cycles because the fibriods cause flooding (apologies about the TMI). I am using the Beef thyroid for energy, brain fog and hair loss and I am seeing results with these! Using the Spleen and Liver for energy, hairloss and low ferritin and I am seeing results here too. My hair grew finally and eczema is gone!!! Hair is luscious and strong and I cannot stop playing in it. I only just purchased the Gallbladder because I suffer from constipation and Brian the founder of Ancestral Supplements suggested this and the Bone and Marrow for constipation. I only started the Gallbladder a few days ago and it has helped me so much with bloating. It is magical this one. I am just grateful for the relief from bloating which is a new symptom as never suffered this before. I read that Uterine Fibriods could cause this. I tried the Adrenals last year as well but it felt "too much" for me personally as I was so tired the next day after taking it, so I have set it aside for now. I love them because they are food! No nasties no fillers. Food that truly nourish you! I was bedridden and now waking up isn't scary anymore. I was suicidal because I couldn't imagine living like I was for the rest of my life! Now, I get out of bed every morning. I can walk again and do gentle workouts and I don't have pain in my joints. I give these to my children too. I am so grateful and hopeful!! Brian, the owner, is one of a kind! I was surprised that ANCESTRAL SUPPLEMENTS isn't a new company. Usually, companies are passionate and responsive in the early days and that's when you can get the best energy and answers from them. Not this one. I have emailed so many questions and this guy responds graciously all the time! He knows his stuff and he takes the time to respond and quickly too! He truly cares and you can see that in his responses. I cannot recommend the company enough without making it sound like a sales pitch. They are amazing! I feel so grateful and lucky to have found them and I am actually getting quite emotional right now because I had given up on ever functioning again. I have improved so much and I believe that I will get to full recovery. If you are out there and are struggling like I was, please do not give up. Trust your gut. These are food supplements I have decided to use for life if possible!

I dont even know where to begin. Brian is a breath of hope, kindness and love,all in one human being. I am currently on my week 3 of Beef Spleen, and I am feeling much better already. After talking to Brian and explaining the reason for my purchase of this product (extremely low Ferritin levels (10)), he has generously offered a free bottle of Beef Liver to try combining it with Beef Spleen, as he believes they work very well together. After being vegan for 7 years and 1 year livoing purely off fruits, my health started to deteriorate. My hair started to fall out, my skin became dry and flaky, my mood was up and down, I had no energy at all, being a 32 years female,this was not how I imagined I would be feeling. So, after endless test results my GP said that there is nothing wrong with me. Untill the day I paid private doctor and did private blood test, I have been told that my Ferritin can be the reason why in the past two years I have been feeling the way I did. I have been anemic all my life. Around the time I turned 17 I slowly started losing my hair. Having no medical education, I couldn’t figure out why. The dermatologist couldn’t either. My last visit to a dermatologist was when I turned 32 still desperate to regrow at least some of the hair i had lost throughout the years. At that visit the dermatologist stated that she couldn’t understand the hair loss as all my hair follicles were alive and intact. I walked out of there depressed. Being so anemic, my body has been in survival mode all of these years until i discovered your supplements. The benefits your supplements provide allowed my body to get out of survival mode, allowing for blood to be sent to my sick scalp. My hair was growing back like weeds and I wasn’t intelligent enough to recognize what was happening. I am so sure that your product is to blame for the success, i placed another order to make sure i dont run out. Im glad it helps with my anemia, but I am in tears to know that it will help me get my hair back. I want to extend my gratitude and praise you for your great ethics and customer service skills.
