Will these block out light to an outdoor photosensitive cell so that my outdoor light is always on?

LIGHTDIMS Black Out Edition block all visible light and some invisible light in the light spectrum particularly infrared spectrum, this means IR blasters like tv remotes will not work if you cover the sensor with this version of LIGHTDIMS. I recommend LIGHTDIMS Original Strength or Medium strength.

I have an led clock that is bright. Will you still be able to read the numbers if I use this?

I don't think the magnetic charger where the light is its curved but i can't get them to stick is there something im missing?

That particular brand is terrible. I could not get those to stick on anything either. I purchased the Birllaid 100% blackout stickers. They stick very well on straight or curved items.

Can you use these outside?

Yes All our products work indoor or outdoor. However you must make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust/grime before you apply them. We have had customers tell us that their lightdims have been inside their fishtanks for over a decade without issue. Although I personally recommend some superglue if you plan on permanently applying them outdoors for all weather situations.
