Yes...I have used them in the dishwasher a couple of times with no issues.

Are the knives sharp enough to cut through meat or more like a butter knife?

More like butter knives. It’s a low quality set but it’s cute for a temporary situation or a casual event

How do I order a color other than green?

This is the only color I found. However, the first time I got them there was 1 more tiny spoon and 1 less fork. The 2nd time, the rack arrived broken.

Is this a mint green?

I got the blue one and it's more of a lighter or pastel color.
