I had been reading about Maca for a while and watched a lot of videos on YouTube about it. I wanted to take it for hormone balancing and energy. I can DEFINITELY feel it working on my hormones. I am feeling things I had not felt in years. The first thing I noticed is after drinking a tablespoon mixed with my coffee is that it immediately opened up my sinuses.
